These once annoying pieces of junk mail are now highly prized by collectors, many changing hands for outrageous prices

I've had to guess at a few months, so if you know better let me know. Even better if you have ones that I'm missing and a scanner....

Be warned that the larger versions of the scans are often larger than 100kb!
